1- General
MarunMarket is the company that provides www.marunmarket.com and www.marunmarket.se, hereinafter referred to as “the website”. The words “we, our, our and us” in these terms and conditions refer to MarunMarket. The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer (hereinafter referred to as “you”) with us.

By using the website and/or placing an order, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions set forth in this document (the “Terms”). Please ensure that you have read and understood the terms and conditions before placing your order.
In order to be able to order product from our website, you must be 18 years of age.
For us, it is important to protect your personal integrity. We always process personal data in accordance with current legislation and we have a privacy policy that is updated in accordance with the Personal Data Regulation (GDPR). To obtain this and more information about how we process your personal data, see our Privacy Policy.
The fact that products are provided on the website at a certain given time does not mean and is not a guarantee that these products are always available. We reserve the right to stop selling a product at any time.
We reserve the right to change the terms as necessary, without notifying you in advance. The version of the terms that applies to your order is the version available on the website at the time you place your order.
2- Prices
The prices listed on the website do not include VAT.
Cost and delivery time for the various delivery methods are clearly stated in the checkout steps. If we are unable to deliver your order in full, but have to split it into multiple deliveries, you will not be charged any additional fees for subsequent deliveries.
Promotional prices only apply to promotional products that are in stock. Promotional offers and reduced-price products may not be combined with discount codes. If the discount code has nevertheless been activated in combination with another discount code or with one or more already discounted products, which lowers the price of the item or items further, MarunMarket has the right to charge the customer the corresponding amount. We reserve the right to withdraw special offers and discounts at any time, without notice.
We reserve the right for obviously incorrect prices. Obviously incorrect prices can mean but are not limited to incorrect price reductions in connection with a promotion or that an item is free. MarunMarket always has the right to cancel orders that contain clearly incorrect prices. The customer can then place a new order at the correct price.
3- Method of payment
We offer several different options for you as a customer to pay for your item, for example, but not limited to, card payment, etc. The payment methods vary per country and which payment methods are available in your market are indicated in the checkout.
Credit check
We reserve the right to examine your application to pay by invoice, partial payment or by account and to reject it, limit it or suggest an alternative payment method. In the case of a card purchase, we reserve the right to check the validity of the payment card, that there is scope for debiting the value of the order and that the buyer’s address information is correct. We may refuse purchases as a result of these checks.
Charges about Klarna
MarunMarket is not responsible for late fees, reminder fees or delays when payment is not made on time. Questions about this can be asked directly to Klarna’s customer service.
Miscellaneous
You are obliged to enter a correct email address and to inform MarunMarket if your email address changes. Please note that MarunMarket reserves the right to send payment requests to your email address.
4. Order
You can place your orders online via the website. If you have any questions about ordering, you can contact our customer service.
Once you have placed your order, we will send you an order confirmation by e-mail. If for any reason we are unable to ship your order, we will inform you as soon as possible. If we have already received payment for such an order, we will refund the relevant amount using the same payment method you used when placing your order, to the extent possible. If for any reason the refund needs to be done by another means, a MarunMarket employee will contact you to make sure the refund can be made.
5. Establishment of agreement
A purchase agreement is only entered into when MarunMarket has confirmed your order and you have received order confirmation from us by customerservice@marunmarket.com email. We encourage you to save this order confirmation for possible contact with our customer service. You can cancel your order until it has been confirmed by MarunMarket. If the order is canceled, we will refund any payments made by you or your debit or credit card companies in respect of the order.
6. Delivery
MarunMarket strives to ship orders as soon as possible and in the order they are received by us.Current delivery times for orders can be viewed at checkout. Although we aim to deliver within the notified timeframes, delivery may take longer due to unforeseen events. During promotional periods and high pressure, we cannot guarantee regular delivery times. If the order is shipped late, we will notify the customer. Some items, such as electrical items, may need more time to be sent, in which case the delay will be notified to the customer. If the package is not collected from the delivery point, it will automatically be registered as an uncollected package and MarunMarket has the right to charge a handling fee of $20(equivalent to the value of the paid currency).

7. Damage during transport
Damages that have occurred during transport must be reported to customer service immediately after discovery, no later than 2 days after receiving or picking up the package. Please take pictures of the damage and send it to customer service. After agreement with customer service about approved transport damage, we will send replacement product if the product are in stock.
8. Change
MarunMarket applies free exchanges of product, provided that the replacement product are of the same model as the original product. This means that you can only change to a different size of the product that you originally ordered. If you want to change to a different color or model, you must instead return the item and place a new order.
You have the right to exchange your item within 5 days of receiving your order, provided that all items are returned in the same condition they were in when delivered to you. This means that the product must not have been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try on the product) and that tags and labels are intact.
If the customer has used a discount code to buy the product or bought the product with a discount in one of our campaigns, the shipping cost for returning and exchanging the product is the responsibility of the customer.
9. Right of withdrawal / Returns
You have the right to cancel your order without giving any reason (This is provided that you did not use a discount code when purchasing the product or did not buy the product with a discount in one of our campaigns.). We apply a 5-day right of withdrawal that starts from the moment you receive your order. If you want to exercise your right of cancellation, you must send us a clear message about your decision to cancel your order, see contact details at the bottom. You must provide your name, address, phone number, email address, order number and other information that may be relevant for us to have when handling your return. In order for you to exercise your right of withdrawal in time, it is enough for you to send us your message that you intend to exercise your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
You must return the item to us without undue delay and no later than 5 days after the day on which you notified us of your decision to cancel your order. The cooling-off period is considered to have been observed if you send the item back before this five-day period has expired.
MarunMarket guarantees a full refund on returned product provided that all product are returned in the same condition as when delivered to you. This means that the product must not have been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try on the product) and that tags and labels are intact.
To the extent that the product have decreased in value and such a decrease in value is due to the fact that you, as a customer, have handled the product to a greater extent than was necessary to determine the properties and function of the product, we will make a deduction corresponding to the decrease in value.
You are responsible for the condition of the item after you receive it from us. This means that you as a customer are also responsible for the product during the return transport. We therefore recommend that you package the item well so that the item is not damaged during transport to us. MarunMarket is not obliged to compensate the customer for the return item if extensive transport damage has occurred to the return item during the return transport.
If you choose to exercise your right of cancellation, we have the right to withhold the refund until we have received the item back from you or until you have submitted proof that you have returned the item, whichever occurs first. We will use the same means of payment for the refund that you yourself used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise with us. In any case, the refund will not cost you anything.
If the time frames for returning product are not met, we have the right to charge the customer a delay fee equivalent to $20(equivalent to the value of the paid currency).
If the conditions in section 9 are not met by the customer when returning product, we have, in addition to any reduction in value of the product, the right to charge the customer a fee for an unauthorized return corresponding to $15(equivalent to the value of the paid currency).
10. Complaint
By law, you have the right to complain about a product that is defective. If you have a product that has broken, contact our customer service. Please note that you must notify us of the error “within a reasonable time” after you discover it. If you complain within two weeks of discovering the error, you have complained within a reasonable time, otherwise your right to complain is lost.
Examples of obvious material or manufacturing defects which mean that a complaint is approved: Seam is missing, pocket is sewn shut, zipper does not work, product does not work or part of the order is clearly defective.
Examples of “defects” that are not covered by the right of complaint: A garment in or partly consisting of wool or polyester studs. Unnatural wear of garments. Prints on garments fade when washed. The color of the order sent is not exactly the same as the picture in the store, or the efficiency of the order is different from what I thought.
If you are unsure whether the fault on your particular garment is covered by the right to complain, please contact our customer service via e-mail customerservice@marunmarket.com.
In the event of an approved complaint, we will compensate you for it in accordance with current legislation and current recommendations. All claims must be clean when submitted. You as the customer are responsible for product that are returned, so package the product well. We do not accept shipments sent against cash on delivery.
11. Colors, measurements & weight
We strive to show our products’ properties, composition and colors as accurately as possible. However, the color you see on the website is dependent on your device’s screen, and we cannot guarantee that your device can visually reproduce colors correctly.
MarunMarket does not take responsibility for the colors and appearance of our products in images from social media as these may have been edited.
Measurements and weights listed on the website are only approximate values that give you a better idea of the model of an item or the fit of a particular garment and are not a definite guarantee of the actual measurement of that item and the garment you receive. The measurements of a garment may vary depending on the material used in the manufacture of the garment. The same size in different model series can be perceived as different sizes due to that design, material and fit differ. A product may not be exactly the same as the product in the store in terms of size, weight and color.
13. Our responsibility
refore offer a customer satisfaction guarantee. Should you not be satisfied with your purchase, you can, as long as you meet the conditions, return the item or items to us and get your money back.
Force majeure
We are not responsible for failure to fulfill certain obligations under the terms if our failure is due to a circumstance beyond our control and the circumstance prevents or makes fulfillment unreasonably burdensome. Such circumstances include but are not limited to war, blockade, riot, fire, natural disaster, nuclear accident and sabotage.
Our maximum liability to you for any loss or damage arising in connection with your order on the website is limited to the total amount of your order.
Disputes
We participate in dispute resolution and follow ARN’s recommendations. In the event that we end up in a dispute and we do not manage to resolve it between ourselves, you can contact the General Reclamation Board, Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, www.arn.se.
In Sweden if you want information about your rights as a consumer, we recommend that you visit the Swedish Consumer Agency’s website www.konsumentverket.se.
14. Assignment
MarunMarket reserves the right to assign or pledge payment claims, including installments, that have arisen in connection with the delivery of the product to third parties.
15. Validity of clauses
If one or more provisions of this agreement are invalid or ruled ineffective by any court or regulatory authority, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of the agreement.
16. Holder of rights
All intellectual property rights, such as trademarks and copyright, on www.marunmarket.com and www.marunmarket.se belong to MarunMarket. Any use of www.marunmarket.com and www.marunmarket.se or its content, including copying or storing such content in its entirety or parts thereof, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use, is prohibited without permission from MarunMarket.
